The 28th Annual Houston Labor Day Cup, Houston's premier youth soccer tournament is a three-day event presented by the two-time MLS champion, Houston Dynamo. Tournament games take place at Bear Creek Park and George Bush Park while offering a myriad of soccer activities and fun for the entire family. Over 400 teams from the Greater Southwest, Northwest Texas and Louisiana will participate in the 2011 Labor Day Tournament. Boys and Girls ages U8 - U19 from Division 1, Super 2, and Division 2 teams select their level of competition from the Gold and Silver Brackets offered. Notable teams who will be attending the 2011 Houston Labor Day Cup are: Texans Soccer Club-Houston, Texans SC-Fort Worth, Dynamo Pre-Academy ( U13-U15), Rush, Houstonians FC, Eclipse, San Antonio United, Chicago Fire Jrs (LA), Baton Rouge Soccer Association, Padre Hurricanes , Spindletop Select and more! All teams registered for the 2011 Houston Labor Day Cup will receive 6 tickets to the Dynamo vs. Monterrey game (Sunday, September 4 @ 8:00 PM) or to the Dynamo vs. San Jose game (Saturday, September 14).
